Homemade fresh Pasta

We usually offer twice a week fresh home and handmade  pasta processed with organic flour from our “Chef Eddy” as well as homemade “Gnocchi” ( potatoes dumplings, typical Italian dish) and Ravioli. Our guests will find every day on the table safety and reliability in order to limit the large-scale trade food whereby decrease pollution, traffic jam and be sustainable with the environment.

Trentino on your table

We are also pleased to share with our guests culture and tradition of our Region therefore, we offer a gala-dinner with appetizer, a bis of first-courses, main course with sides and dessert. Grisons of air-dried salty beef  “Carne salada”  (Region speciality) , pasta with typical dressing of our local territory, “Polenta” which is a dish of boiled cornmeal typical of Trentino Region, the whole things seasoned with “Gardatrentino local Olive oil” . Not only meat, but also lake and river fish like trout and char fish.

Vegeterian and gluten-free meal

In our restaurant you will find several daily fresh vegetarian meal on guests requests. We propose as well different choice of glutine-free meal in order to satisfy our guests needs.
